Chat's for dinner

Avinash has been taking advantage of the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers to make his summertime supper, chaat. This particular version features kala chana, diced red onion, crisp puffed rice, thai chili, imli chutney, diced tomatoes, roasted potatoes, sev, fresh coriander leaves, and the repugnant chat masala (featuring sulfurous black salt)
